The Executive Governor of Kwara State, Abdulrahman
Abdulrazaq, has approved the appointment of a new chancellor for Kwara State
University (KWASU).
Ibrahim Gambari, who was recently appointed as the Chief of
Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari been the former Vice Chancellor to the Institution.
You will believe Ibrahim Gambari served well as at the time
he was still the acting Vice Chancellor in regard to numerous thing he did
which has brought the institution to the greater height it is now.
Mr Adewumi has been appointed with effect to kick-start
where the former VC stop with proposed projects before his new appointment some
weeks ago by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Record has it that Mr Ibrahim Gambari was named Vice
Chancellor of (KWASU) back in 2003 by the Ex-Governor of Kwara, Abdulfatah
Ahmad.
