National Examinations Council. (NECO)
The declaration of the appointment comes two days after Just
two days after Prof Charles Uwakwe, ex
Registrar and CEO of the organisation and four others appointment were
terminated by Federal Government over accusation of financial indecency.
A declaration from NECO on 22/05/2020 said Obioma officially took over from the previous acting
Registrar, Abubakar Gana, on Friday at the Council’s headquarters in Minna.
Obioma is a
professor of Education Measurement and Evaluation and is a former Executive
Secretary of the Nigeria Educational Research and Development Council.
Before his latest installment, the newly elect Registrar was the Ebonyi State
Resident Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission.
The newly elected Registrar is a professor of Education

Nigeria Educational Research and Development Council.
