A final student of the Lagos State University LASU, Adeyeye Babatunde, seen kissing his baby sister deeply in an online uploaded video, will not go scot free after been accused and ready to face the law.
Despite knowing and hearing about the trending topic "Stop Rape" yet he went ahead to upload the viral video which surfaced online a few days ago, irked many Nigerians as they called for his arrest.
After been criticized Babatunde later posted a video where he render his apology.
Taking to his Twitter handle, the NHRC boss Ojukwu disclose, despite Babatunde's apology, he will be made to face the law as he has committed a crime against a minor.
''His name is Babatunde Adeyeye. Babatunde Adeyeye is a final year student of Botany in Lagos State University. He shot an "apology" video which was sent in to us today. He should be traced and arrested immediately. He has committed A CRIME against a minor and must face the law.'' said on his Twitter page.
